California DUI Laws

California DUI laws make it a crime to drive while you are
a) Under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, or
b) Your have a blood alcohol level of .08 or higher

Penalties include probation, DUI or drug rehabilitation, fines, license suspension and possible jail time.
